Who does what
There are two of us, and between us we do the lot: the scoping, the design, the build and the support. When you ring, you're speaking to someone who has been inside your system — usually the person who wrote the part you're ringing about. That's why a fix takes minutes rather than a week of somebody getting up to speed.
Why bespoke
Most business software is a template with your logo on it. It almost fits, so you bend the business around it, pay per seat for the privilege, and keep a spreadsheet on the side for everything it can't do. We think that's backwards. We learn how you work, then build that: your rules, your words, your workflow, one source of truth from enquiry to invoice.
Bespoke used to mean six figures and six months. It doesn't any more. Our builds are scoped free, priced fixed and live in three to six weeks — and the system and its data are yours at the end, not rented back to you.
