Everything on this site is provided for general information about what we do. It isn't advice, and it isn't an offer capable of acceptance — a build is only agreed through a written scope and contract. We keep the site accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is either at any given moment.
The demo
The interactive demo on this site runs on demo data. It illustrates the kind of system we build, and no more: we make no warranty that it reflects any particular client's system, data, rules or performance. What we would build for you is whatever your scope says, not what the demo shows.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site, including the demo, belong to OFO Group Ltd or our licensors. You're welcome to browse, link to and quote the site fairly with attribution. You may not copy, scrape or reuse the site, the demo or its code for commercial purposes without our written permission. (Client systems are different: what we build for a client is the client's — see how a build works.)
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
