How a build works

What you own: everything.

The system and its data are yours: the code, the database and everything in it. It isn't our product rented to you.

Usage costs are passed through at cost. SMS, mapping and AI calls vary with use, and you pay what they cost us, not a mark-up folded into a subscription.

The first call and the AI report. Nothing else.

What do you need from us to start?

Request a callback. We check it's a real, trading business, then have a call about how it runs: the software you use, the jobs that eat the most time, and anything that must never leave the building. Then we send you your written AI report.

Can we change tier, or stop?

Yes. It's month to month. Move up or down at the start of any month, or stop with a month's notice. The reports you've had are yours to keep.

Who writes the report, and who is on the calls?

The same person. OFO is a three-person studio, so there is no account manager in between: whoever reads the month's releases and writes your report is who you talk to.
