How do you read 12 filings of up to 150 pages before the market moves?
An AI tool we built in-house for a client. It reads 10 to 12 company filings, up to 150 pages each, and pulls out what matters in seconds.
What they had
The client relied on third-party providers to read the filings for them. What came back was often late, sometimes wrong, and short on the detail and nuance the client actually needed.
With 10 to 12 filings to get through, each up to 150 pages long, there was no time to check every summary against the original. So the client was working from someone else's reading of the documents, on someone else's timetable.
What we built
An AI that reads every filing itself, start to finish.
- Built to their exact specs. The client sets out exactly what they need from each filing, and it pulls out precisely that, not a generic summary.
- Every page read, every time. All 10 to 12 filings, up to 150 pages each, read in full in seconds, with nothing skimmed and no waiting on a provider.
- It keeps improving itself. The longer it runs, the better it gets at reading the filings the way the client needs them read.
What changed
Filings that used to wait on a third party are now read in seconds, with the detail the client asked for, not the detail someone else decided was enough.
The client processes information far faster than before. In their line of work, speed is what the business runs on, so that has gone straight to the bottom line.
